TT360 have been successfully chosen as the provider of choice to deliver the new el@nd information service gateway aimed at widening the participation and improving the provision of e-learning across Northumberland.
Competing against a number of CMS providers, TT360 exceeded the requirements laid out by el@nd in their specification with a solution surpassing the closest competition.
The portal will begin development within the next few weeks and is expected to launch towards the end of summer.
Overall, the project aims to:
- Provide information on the el@nd project and e-learning in general
- Stay in touch with stakeholders and communicate to a wider audience
- Offer access to e-learning products and services
- Offer links and signposts to appropriate resources
- Build user participation
- Remove barriers of communication, providing a means to share information
- Offer online services with a searchable database of e-learning products
